Most Canadian Orders are shipped with Canada Post and sometimes we use Canpar.

Town Moto will contact a customer 3 times when "Local Pick Up" items are ready at the contact information provided. If purchased items are not picked up within 60 days of the first notice, the purchase will be taken off hold & the entire deposit will be forfeited. Town Moto does not offer refunds on purchases left for over 60 days. Items selected for in-store pickup are subject to our return policy. Regarding helmets: We often make exceptions to our final sale policy with helmets purchased online for in-store pickup when the item does not leave the premises. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding pre-ordering a helmet for local pick up.


Orders shipping to the United States will shipped by USPS.


At the moment all International orders are quoted and shipped via Canada Post or DHL Express. Please note if you select the $10 untracked shipping we are unable to guarantee delivery or delivery time.

What are the shipping rates?
Town Moto is pleased to offer Free Shipping on orders destined for Canada and the United States when you spend $200 CAD or more before taxes. And only $15 CAD to ship anywhere in Canada or the USA if you're not eligible for free shipping. Unfortunately at this time we can not offer free shipping to international customers. If you have any questions about shipping costs internationally, please feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to answer any questions you might have.

When will my order be delivered?

We do our best to provide regular delivery of your order within 3 to 12 business days. That being said, orders place on the weekends, holidays, during bad weather and that require cross border shipping can effect this standard and lead to longer wait times. Some special order items may also require a longer delivery time. How do I take advantage of the Free Shipping offer?
If your order is shipping within Canada or the USA and the total comes to $200 CAD or more (before taxes), then just select Free Shipping as your shipping method when you're ready to checkout. Orders that are eligible for Free Shipping average a 3-12 day delivery depending on your location.

Canceling items may affect your order's eligibility for free shipping. Offer applies only to orders of $200 CAD or more in merchandise, excluding taxes. Promotional discounts where applicable will be deducted from your item subtotal and may affect your order's free shipping eligibility.

The Free Shipping option must be selected as your shipping method during checkout in order to qualify for the offer. This promotion applies to deliveries within Canada and the USA only and may be subject to other shipping restrictions depending on the items ordered. This offer may change from time to time without notice.

How much is shipping if I spend less than $200?
It's only $15 CAD to ship anywhere in Canada or the USA if you're not eligible for free shipping.

Do you ship outside of Canada?
We currently ship to many locations around the world. At this time, due to a high degree of fraud, we are not shipping to international freight forwarding companies, if you do not see your country when checking out, please email us at with your address and products you're interested in and we will provide you a shipping quote if we are able to offer safe and secure delivery to your location. 

I need my order faster. Do you offer express delivery?
We offer express DHL shipping outside of Canada. If you're in Canada and need your package by a certain date please email us at and we will source the fastest delivery method for your area and give you an express shipping quote.

Can I have items in the same order delivered to multiple addresses?
For the time being, items in the same order cannot be delivered to more than one address. Please place orders separately.

How can I change or cancel my order?
To change or cancel an order, you must contact us before you receive an email confirmation that your order has shipped. If you have already received a shipping confirmation, please call us at 416-856-8011 or send us an message describing the issue. We will try our best to accommodate any changes, however once the item has left our premises, non-refundable shipping charges may apply.

Can I track my package?
Almost all orders have tracking numbers which is included in your confirmation email. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to activate. If you are having problems tracking your order after this time has passed please do not hesitate to contact

Can I expect to pay duty on items?
All Duties are the responsibility of the receiver and in no way can Town Moto guarantee that duties will not be charged.

Oversized and heavy packages
Due to the size and weight of some items there may be an additional charge for international or domestic shipping as online shipping calculators do not account for package volume. If your order is affected you'll be contacted prior to shipment.
