HOLIDAY SHIPPING 2018
Due to recent rotating strikes by Canada Post shipping has slowed down Canada wide, all Canadian shipping companies are also operating more slowly than usual because of increased business from people not using Canada Post. We have found that our packages to our Canadian customers shipped with Canada Post over the last couple of months have been getting delivered they just take a little longer than usual regardless placing your Holiday orders as soon as possible will ensure your best chances of receiving them in time.
To ensure delivery before December 24 in Canada and the USA orders must be placed by the following date:

Please note that placing your orders by the above dates does not guarantee delivery by December 24, factors such as weather and loss and/or damage by the carrier are beyond our control. The dates above reflect expected shipping times between major city centres; if you reside outside of a major city centre, delivery may take longer. Any order received after 12pm on Dec. 22 will be shipped out on Dec. 27.

All Canadian Orders are shipped with Canada Post or Canpar (most of Ontario and Urban Quebec)
Orders shipping to the United States will shipped by Canada Post or USPS using a third party courier.
At the moment all International orders are quoted and shipped via Canada Post or DHL Express. Please note if you select the $10 untracked shipping we are unable to guarantee delivery or delivery time.
What are the shipping rates?
Town Moto is pleased to offer Free Shipping on orders destined for Canada and the United States when you spend $100 CAD or more before taxes. And only $10 CAD to ship anywhere in Canada or the USA if you're not eligible for free shipping.
When will my order be delivered?
We do our best to provide regular delivery of your order within 3 to 12 business days. That being said orders place on the weekends, holidays, during bad weather and that require cross border shipping can effect this standard and lead to longer wait times. Some special order items may also require a longer delivery time. How do I take advantage of the Free Shipping offer?
If your order is shipping within Canada or the USA and the total comes to $100 CAD or more (before taxes), then just select Free Shipping as your shipping method when you're ready to checkout. Orders that are eligible for Free Shipping average a 3-12 day delivery depending on your location.
Canceling items may affect your order's eligibility for free shipping. Offer applies only to orders of $100 CAD or more in merchandise, excluding taxes. Promotional discounts where applicable will be deducted from your item subtotal and may affect your order's free shipping eligibility.
The Free Shipping option must be selected as your shipping method during checkout in order to qualify for the offer. This promotion applies to deliveries within Canada and the USA only and may be subject to other shipping restrictions depending on the items ordered. This offer may change from time to time without notice.
How much is shipping if I spend less than $100?
It's only $10 CAD to ship anywhere in Canada or $10 CAD to the USA if you're not eligible for free shipping.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
We currently ship to many locations around the world. If you do not see your country when checking out please email us at [email protected] with your address and products you're interested in and we will provide you a shipping quote if we are able to offer safe delivery to your location.
I need my order faster. Do you offer express delivery?
We’re working on incorporating express delivery prices into our webstore, but in the interim, please email us at [email protected] and we will source the fastest delivery method for your area and give you an express shipping quote.
Can I have my order delivered to another address?
You may have your order shipped to any valid address of your choice. For Canadian orders, simply select “Shipping address different from billing address” in the first step of the purchase process and follow the instructions. For international delivery, please contact us at 1-855-666-TOWN or send us a message.
Can I have items in the same order delivered to multiple addresses?
For the time being, items in the same order cannot be delivered to more than one address. Please place orders separately.
How can I change or cancel my order?
To change or cancel an order, you must contact us before you receive an email confirmation that your order has shipped. If you have already received a shipping confirmation, please call us at 1-855-666-TOWN or send us an message describing the issue. We will try our best to accommodate any changes, however once the item has left our premises, non-refundable shipping charges may apply.
Can I track my package?
Almost all orders have tracking numbers which is included in your confirmation email. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to activate. If you are having problems tracking your order after this time has passed please do not hesitate to contact [email protected]
