HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Town Moto extends its regular Return Policy as outlined below for all eligible items purchased from Nov. 15th 2016 - Dec. 23 2016 until January 15th 2017.
RETURN POLICY: Town Moto does not offer Refunds. New, unworn items may be eligible for exchange or store credit with 14 days of original purchase. All original packaging must be present and accompanied by a valid receipt. All helmets, chemicals, special orders and sale items are final sale. Town Moto reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on any exceptions. We do not refund deposits on orders or layaways. Items purchased online are subject to our Online Return Policy.
NON-RETURN OR EXCHANGEABLE ITEMSTown Moto does not offer exchanges or credit notes on the following items: chemical / Cleaning products, Special Orders, Intimates (including socks), Helmets & Sale Items. If we receive any of these items for return/exchange we will return the package to you and you will be notified via email.
IN-STORE AND ONLINE PURCHASESTown Moto does not offer refunds on in-store or online purchases. Within 14 business days of purchase, items bought in -store or online can be returned for an exchange or credit note. All items that are being returned must be in the condition that they were received, with no signs of wear, not worn or altered, unwashed and returned with all original packaging and tags attached. Town Moto reserves the right to deny returns on goods that show signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc) or is otherwise in a different condition than when it was sold. Also, Town Moto reserves the right to not return items that do not fall under the 14 day purchase period. For online orders, customers will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending their orders back to Town Moto. In-store returns must be accompanied by original receipt.
ONLINE RETURN PROCESS:All returns for online orders must be accompanied by a RA# printed both on the return shipment box and original receipt. Follow the Step by Step process below on how to initiate a online return:
STEP 1: Contact Town Moto’s webstore at: [email protected] to explain your return, be sure to include item name, and reason for return and receive an RA#. Please note the web store hours of operation are: Monday - Friday 12-7pm, excluding civic holidays.
STEP 2: Once you have received your RA#, be sure to carefully pack all returned items in their original garment bag (or equivalent plastic bags) with all original tags intact and packing slip included with items for return noted and RA# written at the top.
STEP 3: All US Customer, please send your returns via USPS to avoid brokerage costs/fees. Brokerage fees incurred by Town Moto when shipments are sent via UPS, FEDEX etc. will be deducted from the credit being issued upon return. Please be aware that Town Moto is not responsible for taxes, duties, brokerage or shipping fees on returned items, and any shipping costs associated with returned packages will be deducted from the customer’s store credit.

Town Moto is not responsible for packages lost during return shipments and recommend choosing a service that includes tracking and insurance for packages over $50-75. Please retain your tracking information for record.
STEP 4: When the returned goods have been received and inspected by Town Moto, customers will be sent a confirmation email which will include the full details of their current store credit. The store credit will reflect: the full amount paid for the item(s) minus any brokerage fees paid as well as the initial price paid by Town Moto to ship the goods.
ONLINE EXCHANGESCustomers exchanging item(s) for a different size/item please place your order for the correct size/item at townmoto.com to receive your item faster. The item(s) will be shipped out as usual and Town Moto will contact you and refund your card once the returned item(s) are received and inspected. Please follow our Online Return Process above to return your exchanged item to the shop. If you do not wish to reorder the items but rather have Town Moto ship out the correct size once we receive your item back we can send you an invoice for the return shipping before sending your order out.
Refunded transactions for exchanged items will appear as a credit in your bank account 2-7 business days after the refund has been submitted by Town Moto. Please note that all banks are different and some credits may take longer to appear in your account.
NOTE ON FOOTWEAR PURCHASES:Once you receive your footwear please check sizing by trying them on indoors on a clean surface that will not scuff or mark the soles. We are unable to accept exchanges or issue credit notes for footwear that is scuffed, marked or worn. All footwear exchanges or returns must come with the original box with no postal labels. Footwear returned without original box/packaging will not be accepted for credit note or exchange.
