Town Moto wants you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase! Please read below for our return policy.

Town Moto is unable to offer a refunds or exchanges to our customers outside of Canada and the USA.

Town Moto excepts refunds or exchanges for online sales shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

In order to qualify for a return the item you are returning must be unworn, unwashed with original tags and packaging intact. Town Moto reserves the right to deny returns on goods that show signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc) or is otherwise in a different condition than when it was sold

Town Moto does not offer exchanges or refunds on the following items: Chemical / Cleaning products, Special Orders, Intimates (including socks) and SALE Items. If we receive any of these items for return/exchange we will return the package to you and you will be notified via email.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs to us and initial shipping costs which will be subtracted from your returned amount. Ensuring your return arrives safely back to us is your responsibility and should be shipped with tracking and appropriate insurance.

If you would like to exchange what you ordered for a different size the fastest way is to place another order and ship us back your incorrectly sized item. Your item will be inspected on return and a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Some refunds might take 5-7 business days to show back up on your card / in your account depending on your bank.

If you receive an item you did not order or received the wrong item please email [email protected] so we can make it right as soon as possible.

US CUSTOMERS All returns must be shipped with USPS and marked as a return on customs sheet to avoid brokerage fees. Any brokerage or duties paid on your shipment will be subtracted from your return.

NOTE ON FOOTWEAR PURCHASES Once you receive your footwear please check sizing by trying them on indoors on a clean surface that will not scuff or mark the soles. We are unable to accept exchanges or issue credit notes for footwear that is scuffed, marked or worn. All footwear exchanges or returns must come with the original box with no postal labels. Footwear returned without original box/packaging will not be accepted for credit note or exchange.
