Are online and in-store prices the same?
Yes. Our townmoto.com and in-store prices are always identical.

Town Moto collects sales tax for products ordered on this website. The rate of sales tax that will apply to an order is dependent on the delivery address of the order. The 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) is added to all orders in every province except for the following provinces in which the HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) is added to all orders: Nova Scotia (15%), Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador (13%).
Does the online store carry the same items as your Ossington retail store?
Items arrive to our Ossington retail store first, therefore sometimes an item may sell out in store before being made available to order online. If you saw something in the retail store that you can’t find on our website, give us a call at 1-855-666-TOWN or send us a message and we will try to track the item down for you.
It is possible that the item has been removed from the site due to stock levels or a change in season. Send us a message describing what you are looking for and we will do our best to track the item down.
Can you contact me when an item that is currently sold out becomes available to order online?
Yes! When we sell out of certain sizes or colors of current stock, we can contact you when more become available. In some cases we can set that product aside to guarantee your order. If you know what you want, please give us a call at 1-855-666-TOWN or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do what we can to guarantee your future purchase.
Can I purchase an item online that is no longer shown on your website?
Sometimes. For special requests or specific questions about our products or products you may have seen elsewhere, please call us at 1-855-666-TOWN or send us an e-mail.
What are the shipping rates?
Town Moto is pleased to offer Free Shipping on orders destined for Canada and the United States when you spend $100 or more before taxes. And it's only $10 to ship anywhere in the US or $15 in CAD if you're not eligible for free shipping.
When will my order be delivered?
We do our best to provide regular delivery of your order within 3 to 10 business days. That being said orders place on the weekends, holidays, during bad weather and that require cross border shipping can effect this standard and lead to longer wait times. Some special order items may also require a longer delivery time. If you have any questions regarding delivery of your item, or need express delivery please let us know by giving us a call at 1-855-666-TOWN or sending us a message.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
We currently ship within Canada and the United States for orders placed online. If you would like something shipped internationally please email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to provide you a shipping quote and finalize your order to anywhere.
I need my order faster. Do you offer express delivery?
We’re working on incorporating express delivery prices into our webstore, but in the interim, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will source the fastest delivery method for your area and give you an express shipping quote.
Can I have my order delivered to another address?
You may have your order shipped to any valid address of your choice. For Canadian orders, simply select “Shipping address different from billing address” in the first step of the purchase process and follow the instructions. For international delivery, please contact us at 1-855-666-TOWN or send us a message.
Can I have items in the same order delivered to multiple addresses?
For the time being, items in the same order cannot be delivered to more than one address. Please place orders separately.
How can I change or cancel my order?
To change or cancel an order, you must contact us before you receive an email confirmation that your order has shipped. If you have already received a shipping confirmation, please call us at 1-855-666-TOWN or send us an message describing the issue. We will try our best to accommodate any changes, however once the item has left our premises, non-refundable shipping charges may apply.
Can I track my package?
All Canadian orders have tracking numbers and are emailed to you once your package has been shipped. Larger US orders have tracking numbers but some smaller packages use Canada Post's Small Packet International Air service which does not offer a tracking number but typically arrives in 6-10 business days. We use this services to keep shipping costs down on smaller items for our American Customers.

Layaway payments must be made every 30 days. Failure to keep layaway accounts in good standing may result in forfeiture of merchandise and deposits.
Want a specific item we don't carry in store or online? We can special order many items we do not normally carry as part of our store stock. All special orders require a 30% deposit and that 30% is withheld as a restocking fee should you decline to take the item. Send us an email about what you are looking for, we will get back to your with a price and estimated time of arrival. Once we confirm your order we do not accept cancellations unless the item is on back order with the supplier. We do not accept returns for special order items unless pre-approved in writing. Town Moto reserves the right to retain any deposits on items that remain unclaimed +30 days after customer has been notified.
Warranty issues are the responsibility of the Manufacturer. Town Moto does not accept responsibility regarding the wear of products, however we do promise to act as a liaison between the customer and the manufacturer within the warranty period. Town Moto reserves the right to refuse aiding in any warranty procedures do to the misuse of any item. We are pleased to facilitate warranty procedures with proof of purchase and a good attitude.
A note about changes to information on our website: Dates of the current offers, prices and availability of goods on the website may be changed without notice. We work hard to show only the available articles and to resupply stocks regularly. However, it may happen that we run out of stock of certain colours or sizes of items in our inventory when the order is placed. Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation with the date of receipt of your order, the availability and the price of each article ordered. From time-to-time, we may have to cancel an order placed through our website if, for example, the merchandise ordered unexpectedly becomes unavailable for shipment.
While we try as hard as possible to meet your needs, we reserve the right to revise any price or inaccurate description and to cancel or refuse any order with an inaccurate price or description. These corrections can be made even after the acceptance of an order.
Are my purchases on townmoto.com secure?
Yes, absolutely. The Town Moto website is hosted on an SSL secure server, meaning that all the data you send us online is encrypted and fully protected. Even if you pay by credit card, you must provide your credit card number for each purchase. As an additional security measure, no confidential data is ever stored on our server.
