Yes. Our and in-store prices are always identical.

Which payment methods are accepted at Town Moto?
We accept the following payment methods online: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Town Moto Gift Cards and customer financing by Paybright. In store we also accept cash payments. Non-Canadian credit cards will be charged in Canadian Dollars with currency conversion being performed by your credit card issuer.

Financing with Paybright
Quality riding gear isn't cheap and we know that. To help members of our community get the gear they need in a quick and easy way, we use Paybright! Paybright is a trusted alternative payment method for our online store. Are my purchases on secure?
Yes. The Town Moto website is hosted on an SSL secure server, meaning that all the data you send us online is encrypted and fully protected. Even if you pay by credit card, you must provide your credit card number for each purchase. As an additional security measure, no confidential data is ever stored on our server.

Sales Taxes
Town Moto collects sales tax for products ordered on this website. The rate of sales tax that will apply to an order is dependent on the delivery address of the order. The 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) is added to all orders in every province except for the following provinces in which the HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) is added to all orders: Nova Scotia (15%), Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador (13%).

Status Sales
Due to limitations with our POS system we have to enter status card purchases manually, but are happy to facilitate in every way. Talk to us at 1-855-666-TOWN or or send us an email with your information and order and we can omit any tax from your invoice.

A note about changes to information on our website: Dates of the current offers, prices and availability of goods on the website may be changed without notice. We work hard to represent product information timely and accurately, if you find a discrepancy of any kind please contact us. We reserve the right to revise any price or inaccurate description and to cancel or refuse any order with an inaccurate price or description.

Inventory Availability

Does the physical retail store carry the same selection as the online store?Due to our limited size, we can offer more of a selection of colors and styles online than in the physical store. In the physical store you will find our most in-demand items and a style range where you can find your fit or size in any brand.

You can now filter items in our online store with the tag "Available In-Store" These are items we try to have on the shelves consistently in all sizes at all times. Items tagged "Online Exclusives" are not stocked in the physical store. Can you contact me when an item that is currently sold out becomes available?
Yes! On each product page you can be notified when an item is back in stock, or talk to us at 1-855-666-TOWN or send us an email and we will do what we can to guarantee your future purchase.

There is an item I am looking for that I don't see available on your website. Can you order it for me?

Special Orders
Want a specific item we don't carry in store or online? We can special order many items we do not normally carry as part of our store stock. All special orders require a deposit and are final sale. Talk to us at 1-855-666-TOWN or send us an email about what you are looking for, we will get back to your with a price and estimated time of arrival. Once we confirm your order we do not accept cancellations unless the item is on back order with the supplier. We do not accept returns for special order items unless pre-approved in writing. Town Moto reserves the right to retain any deposits on items that remain unclaimed +30 days after customer has been notified 3 times.

Warranty issues are the responsibility of the Manufacturer. Town Moto does not accept responsibility regarding the wear of products, however we do promise to act as a liaison between the customer and the manufacturer within the warranty period. Town Moto reserves the right to refuse aiding in any warranty procedures do to the misuse of any item.
