In light of local restrictions being lifted on non-essential retail in Toronto we have decided to tread lightly in opening our physical store.

The best way to make a purchase is to use our online store. It is open 24/hours, we ship daily, we offer curb side pickup and of course we can also deliver your order directly to your door. If your needs require more than what we can offer online, via email or phone (416-856-8011) and you would like to visit in person, here is how:

To shop without making an appointment:

We will be open Fridays and Saturdays 12-7pm for 2 people in the store at a time. Customers must use provided hand sanitizer or disposable gloves immediately upon entering the store. We appreciate a face covering and ask to give our staff distance. We ask you consider communicating to us any ways we can facilitate getting you what you need in a timely and touch free manner. We appreciate your patience and thank you in advance for respecting the space for us and others.

To shop with an appointment:

We will be taking appointments Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for personal shopping experiences for 2 people in the store at a time. The above measures will apply, but this way you won't have to wait and we can correspond ahead of time to serve you better. Email info@townmoto.com with your day/time request, as well as the items you wish to shop to book.

All shopping options at this time are prioritizing safety. We are treating returns and exchanges on a case by case basis and encourage you to inquire about our policies directly as we may not allow in-person returns for online orders. We will be moderating try-ons. Helmets are currently final sale with no try-ons. We are taking precautions that may seem sales prohibitive but we feel it is important to offer customers relief in knowing items are safe and that our space is safe.

The last few weeks have been a very challenging time for many of us and we have had to reduce our capacity in both service and staff to keep our heads above water. We are used to offering a very personal shopping experience and honestly do not enjoy this way of working. The reason for a limited schedule is so we can guarantee a safe in-person shopping environment with rigorous cleaning protocols and at the same time continue to service those who wish to maintain distance. 

Since the shut down, we have been treating this space as our home, very few people have entered it, we have been working alone in different areas, on different days to keep distance. Prioritizing safety over sales does not make for the most efficient way to run a business, and in advance we want to say thank you for being considerate in this new way of shopping. We realize you made a choice to support a small local business and us as individual people. Your support makes a difference not only for the people who work here and live in this community, but also in how this city will feel when we get through this. We believe in all the ways small businesses make this city great and your purchase with us does too.
