COVID-19 SHOP OPERATIONS

We are excited to welcome you back for in-store shopping! We have room for 16 customers at a time. Please sanitize your hands, wear a mask, and be mindful if there are people waiting to come in after you! 
IN-STORE SHOPPING HOURS
WEDNESDAY: 12 - 7pm
THURSDAY: 12 - 7pm
FRIDAY: 12 - 7pm

SATURDAY: 12 - 7pm
SUNDAY: 12 - 5pm 
MONDAYS & TUESDAYS: CLOSED

We will also continue to offer free Curbside Pick-Up during store hours. If you've made an online order and have received confirmation that it is ready for pick-up, you can visit us Wednesday through Sunday to pickup your order at the door.

As a small team, we’re at the shop everyday in a limited capacity, so please don't hesitate to get in touch! 

WHY ARE WE NOT OPEN EVERYDAY?

As a small shop with limited capacity regulations to follow we can only sustain in-store shopping on select days. You may see someone in the shop right now, as we are here everyday doing all the jobs it takes to make a business run. Instead of spreading ourselves to thin and failing our customers we have decided to concentrate our resources where they are the most effective. We do not want to sacrifice the level of care in what we do. Our industry is facing unprecedented shortages of goods and delays in supply chains and we are constantly having to source alternative options in all types of items and brands. All this adapting takes time and adjustments. We appreciate your patience and understanding in what it takes to stay afloat as an independent business in this city and respect that these choices are because we are constantly striving to provide you with the best experience possible.

We appreciate the support of our customers and community throughout the whole pandemic. If it’s within your means to support local independent businesses with real people who live in your community, please continue to do so. Even the small efforts are felt in small businesses.

IN-STORE / LOCAL PICK UP POLICY
 
Town Moto will contact a customer 3 times when "Local Pick Up" items are ready at the contact information provided. If purchased items are not picked up within 60 days of the first notice, the purchase will be taken off hold & the entire deposit will be forfeited. Town Moto does not offer refunds on purchases left for over 60 days. Items selected for in-store pickup are subject to our return policy. Regarding helmets: We often make exceptions to our final sale policy with helmets purchased online for in-store pickup when the item does not leave the premises. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding pre-ordering a helmet for local pick up.
