Being in business and a part of the riding community as long as we have, means we lose people every year to accidents. A helmet can only take an impact to 100% of its ability once, they also start to conform to the unique shape of each head when being worn.

When a helmet leaves our sight we can no longer guarantee a promise that we have done everything in our power to uphold the product's original integrity which is why all helmet purchases are Final Sale.

In an effort to help our customers we offer size charts straight from the manufacturer and (virtual or in-person) sizing assistance to ensure they get the best-fitted helmets possible.

There are many places to buy tried-on, slightly used, returned helmets, but we pride ourselves on offering the community a safer & more guaranteed alternative. For these reasons, we feel it is imperative to uphold a very strong policy. If you need help sizing a helmet, please get in touch.

Town Moto does not offer exchanges, credits or refunds on the following items:

Items in their original condition with tags attached are eligible for refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase or delivery date. All items must be accompanied by a valid receipt.
