Our favorite One Show bikes, 2015
There were so many great bikes at the 1 Moto show in Portland it'd be more or less impossible to have to pick one favourite so here are a few of the ones we wished we could have ridden home with.
This Shovelhead was by Kim Boyle of Boyle Custom Motorcycles. I really liked Kim's BMW from last year's 1 Show and I liked this one for a lot of the same reasons. Great lines, super clean build and lots of attention to detail and still has kind of a factory feel to it.
This 1973 Triumph t140 by Aaron Egging was super impressive. Hard to say the photos don't do it justice because the photos are great but seeing this in person was really cool, everything was perfect. So much polished aluminum and fins. Tasteful paint as well. Just a really nice build.
The Gasbox built this beautiful 1959 Triton. They had an amazing BMW last year and this Triumph / Norton maintains their same high standard of craftsmanship. I really love the proportions on the tank and solo seat and the mix of brushed stainless, aluminum and burgundy frame.
This bike from One Down Four Up maybe looked like the most fun to rip off into the sunset with getting your foot down for a left turn or two. A little two-stroke flat-tracker with a really awesome paint job. If it goes as good as it looks it I'm sure it's a ton of fun. I love it when a bike is this clean but hopefully it finds some time to shine in the dirt this season.
There were tons of great bikes at the 1 Moto Show I would have liked to included but you gotta make your picks sometime. If you haven't been make sure you check out the 1 Moto Show if you ever have the chance and support See See Motorcycles for putting on such a great event. We had a blast!
